At Robinson's Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to ensure they arrive back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
